Energy Tea

Raspberry (Rubus ideaus): Having a wonderfully pleasant taste, it is also good for toning the uterus. It figures prominently in female remedies, during pregnancy to offset morning sickness and miscarriage, and to facilitate delivery. Nettle (Urtica diotica): Nettle is very high in assimilable Fe+ and Ca+, as well as Vitamins A and C. As well as being a diuretic, nettle is beneficial to the whole body over time. Peppermint (Mentha piperita): Besides tasting great, it also acts as a cooling diaphoretic. It also contains highly assimilable vitamins and minerals. Squaw vine (Mitchella repens): Useful for all uterine problems, it is taken throughout the course of pregnancy to facilitate childbirth. Alfalfa (Medicago sativa): This plant is high in trace minerals such as Mg+, Ca+, K+ and contains carotene. A wonderful folk remedy for energy enhancement, hay fever, UTI and genitourinary and prostate problems, and increase the flow of mother’s milk. Ginger root (Zingiber officinale): (You add to the blend) Ginger acts as a stimulant and warming agent. I find it best to use the fresh root, as the dried root changes its energy from warm to HOT. The taste will be very different.
